Ingredients

- Step 1
Take a kadhai and add 1 tsp butter.
- Step 2
When the butter melts, add 1 tbsp chopped onion and saute till it turns golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 1/4 cup diced potato, water, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, 1/4 tsp mixed herbs and 1/4 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 4
Add this mixture in a mixer and blend well.
- Step 5
Transfer the mixture in the same kadhai and bring to a boil.
- Step 6
Add 2 tbsp chopped broccoli and mix well.
- Step 7
Then add 1 tbsp fresh cream and mix again.
- Step 8
Finally add 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1/2 tbsp chopped peanuts and allow it to simmer.
- Step 9
Pour in a bowl and serve hot.
