Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/2 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp chana dal, kadi patta and saute until light brown
- Step 2
Add 1/2 cup chopped cucumber, 2 tbsp boiled corn, 1/8 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and salt for taste
- Step 3
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots
- Step 4
Garnish with 1 tbsp grated fresh coconut and serve warm
