Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 cup diced cucumber, 1/2 cup chopped lettuce and saute for a minute
- Step 2
Add water as required, season with 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, salt for taste and mix well
- Step 3
Add corn flour slurry and mix well
- Step 4
Use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 6
Serve warm
