Steps
- Step 1
In a bowl add cooked rice, 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.
- Step 2
Next, heat a pan with 1 tsp oil add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp urad dal, 1 dry red chilli, 5 kadi patta and saute.
- Step 3
Pour tadka over the Nestlé A+ Curd rice and mix well.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots
- Step 5
Nestlé A+ Curd rice is ready to serve.
