- Step 1
In a pan heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tsp quinoa that has been cooked beforehand and saute well.
- Step 2
Now, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp curry powder and mix well.
- Step 3
In a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped tomato,2 tbsp julienne green capsicum, 2 tbsp julienne yellow capsicum, 2 tsp chopped pudina, sauted quinoa,1/2 tsp black pepper powder,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tbsp olive oil and mix it well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding green olives.
- Step 5
Serve fresh.
