- Step 1
In a bowl, add 2 ½ tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1 tbsp dabeli masala, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, salt as per taste and mix well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding mixed nuts.
- Step 3
Take a plate and place 6 papdi. Layer potato mixture, blanched moong sprouts, 1 tbsp pomegranate, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves over the each papdi.
- Step 4
Garnish with 1 tbsp sev and serve.
