Make mint coriander chutney.

Make dates imli chutney.

Make a hole at the centre of the 6 puris.

Fill each puri with 3 tbsp boiled and mashed potato, 3 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, and 1/8 tsp dry mango powder.

Sprinkle 1 tsp sev on the puri.

Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
