Steps
- Step 1
In a kadhai, heat 1 tsp oil.
- Step 2
To that, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and 120 gm chicken. Sauté well.
- Step 3
Once sautéed, add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/8th tsp salt, 1/4th tsp black pepper powder, 50 gm beaten Nestlé A+ Curd and mix well.
- Step 4
Finally add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, cover and cook well.
- Step 5
Serve hot garnished with coriander leaves.
