Steps
- Step 1
Grease mini idli mould with 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add a spoonful of idli batter to each mould.
- Step 3
Cover with lid and steam till cooked.
- Step 4
Transfer the mini idli to a bowl and add 2 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 6
Next, heat a pan with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and 2 kadi patta.
- Step 7
Add the dahi idli mixture and cook for a few seconds.
- Step 8
Give it a Nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 9
Serve hot.
