- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl add 1/2 cup hung Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tbsp besan, 1 tbsp oats, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp green chilli paste, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.

Mix properly with a spoon.
- Step 3
Making sure all the ingredients are evenly distributed, make circular sized kebabs and keep aside.
- Step 4
Heat 1.5 tsp oil on a low flame in a frying pan.
- Step 5
Coat the kebabs with 1.5 tbsp of breadcrumbs.
- Step 6
Shallow fry the kebabs on both sides till crispy and golden brown.
- Step 7
Serve hot with condiments.
