Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 1 tsp ghee, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp rai, kadi patta,1/2 tsp haldi and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp tur dal, 2 tbsp rice and 1/4 tsp salt for taste
- Step 3
Add the required quantity of water and mix well.
- Step 4
Pressure cook until 2 whistles
- Step 5
Once the pressure releases, fluff the khichdi gently.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 7
Serve it hot with kadhi or plain Nestlé A+ Curd.
