Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pressure cooker with 2 tsp ghee, add 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp rai, kadi patta, 1/2 tsp Haldi and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp tur dal, 2 tbsp rice and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 3
Pour water as required and mix well
- Step 4
Pressure cook until 3 whistles
- Step 5
Once the pressure releases, fluff the khichdi gently.
- Step 6
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding grated paneer
- Step 7
Serve it hot with kadhi or plain Nestlé A+ Curd.
