Steps
- Step 1
In a kadai, heat 1 tsp Butter, add 1/4 tsp chopped ginger, 1 tsp chopped garlic and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 2 tbsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tbsp dal that has been cooked and blended to a paste and mix.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 tsp black pepper and stir.
- Step 5
Now add water, bring to a boil and serve.
