- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take 1/2 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp chopped dill leaves, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1/2 tsp grated garlic and 1/4th tsp dry mango powder, water as required, mixing well knead it into a soft dough and keep aside.
- Step 2
Give a nestle twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 3
For the filling
Take a fresh bowl add 1.5 tbsp grated paneer, 1/4th tsp salt, 1/8th tsp red chilli powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Take the kneaded dough, roll it in balls and flatten them to make a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 5
Take the filling mixture and put it in the center. Covering from all sides fold it into a ball again.
- Step 6
Flatten and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 7
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1 tsp ghee on the paratha.
- Step 8
Make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
