Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add boiled baby potatoes, 1/4 tsp salt and roast well.
- Step 3
Heat 1/2 tsp oil in a different pan and add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 4 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- Step 4
and saute.
- Step 5
Add 4 tbsp chopped tomato, onion tomato puree, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp mango powder and saute the masala.
- Step 6
Add water as required and allow the masala to cook.
- Step 7
Add 1/4 tsp salt, 5 boiled baby potatoes and toss the potatoes with gravy.
- Step 8
Garnish with 1/4 tsp chopped coriander leaves and take it off the heat.
- Step 9
Serve hot with chapati.
