PrePreparation
Soak 1 tbsp Rice and 1 tsp Urad Dal for two hours. Grind to a smooth batter and ferment overnight.

Preparation
In a bowl, add dosa batter, add 2 tsp chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped tomato, 2 tsp chopped capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt, and mix well.

Heat a nonstick pan and spread the batter.
- Step 4
Roast with 1 tsp oil from one side, flip and roast from the other side.
- Step 5
Serve hot.
