- Step 1
PrePrep by dry roasting 1 tbsp peanuts and grinding coarsely.
- Step 2
Also soak 1/4 cup sabudana and drain the excess water.
- Step 3
In a bowl, add soaked sabudana, 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, ground peanuts, 1 tsp chopped almonds, 1 tsp chopped cashewnuts, 1/2 tsp raisins, 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp green chili paste, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp salt and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 4
Give a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 5
Roll the mixture into balls and press gently.
- Step 6
Place them in an air fryer and brush with 2 tsp oil.
- Step 7
Roast them in preheated air fryer 1518 minutes or until it turns golden brown and crisp.
- Step 8
Serve hot with mint chutney
