- Step 1
In a kadhai, add 1/2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/4th tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera and let it crackle.
- Step 3
Add 1/4th tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8th cup of diced potatoes, 1/4th cup of diced dudhi, add water as required and let it simmer.
- Step 4
Next, add 1/4th tsp each of haldi, red chilli powder, and salt.
- Step 5
Cook well for 56 minutes, garnish with 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 6
Add white sesame seed for a nutritional twist.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
