- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup whole wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated bottle gourd, 1/2 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 2
Add a little water and knead it into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Divide the dough into equal parts, flatten it and roll into a round paratha.
- Step 4
Heat a nonstick tawa, place the paratha, flip and cook with 1.5 tsp ghee.
- Step 5
Cook each paratha on both sides until golden brown
- Step 6
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd, raita or any curry.
