- Step 1
In a kadai, add 2 tsp oil, 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp chopped onion, saute till golden brown.
- Step 3
Add 2 tbsp chopped tomato and mix.
- Step 4
Now add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp haldi, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, mix everything well.
- Step 5
Add 1/2 cup diced bottle gourd, 1/3 cup boiled potato, water, close the lid and cook.
- Step 6
Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves on top and serve.
