In a bowl add 2 eggs,1/8 tsp salt,1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and beat well.

Pour egg mixture in a greased flat bottom pot , steam it for 25 min and cut in a thick slice.
- Step 3
Take egg slices and first coat with flour mix then deep in beaten egg then coat in the 1/8 cup oats flour crumbs.
- Step 4
roast on a nonstick pan till crisp and golden brown
- Step 5
Serve.
