- Step 1
For Fried Rice
Heat a pan and put 1 tsp oil, 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp chopped capsicum, 1 tbsp chopped red capsicum, 1/4 tsp salt & saute them well.

Crack 1 egg and stir till it gets scrambled.
- Step 3
Add cooked rice and mix it well.
- Step 4
Crush 1/8 tsp black pepper, add 1/4 tsp vinegar and stir it.
- Step 5
For the vegetable gravy
In a kadai, heat 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 2 broccoli florets, 2 tbsp chopped red capsicum.
- Step 7
saute it well.
- Step 8
Add 1/4 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and water as required .
- Step 9
Add 1/4 tsp salt, corn flour slurry and stir it continuously.
- Step 10
Add 1/4 tsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp grated ginger and stir it well.
- Step 11
Serve it hot with egg fried rice.
