- Step 1
In a bowl add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 egg, 1/8 tsp salt and whisk it.
- Step 2
in a pan heat 1 tsp oil and pour the egg mixture.
- Step 3
Scramble till cooked and keep aside.
- Step 4
In another pan, add 1.5 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute well.
- Step 5
Then add 1 tbsp maida, 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix well till the sauce thickens.
- Step 6
Now add prepared scrambled egg, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 7
To this mixture, add cooked macaroni and saute well.
- Step 8
Cook it for few minutes and delicious egg macaroni is ready to serve hot.
