Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
First start the preprep by boiling an egg and dicing it. Also cook the spaghetti and keep aside.
- Step 2
In a heated pan, add 1 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp green chilli paste and saute well.
- Step 3
To this add 1 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped cabbage and water.
- Step 4
Now, add 1/2 tsp soya sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder, boiled spaghetti and corn flour slurry.
- Step 5
Mix all ingredients well.
- Step 6
Now add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion and diced boiled egg.
- Step 7
Give a Nestle Twist by adding sunflower seeds.
- Step 8
Garnish with 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
- Step 9
Serve hot.
