Steps
- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp besan, 1/8 tsp ajwain, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/8 tsp salt, water as required and mix it well.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding kasuri methi.
- Step 3
Make a smooth batter and keep it aside.
- Step 4
In a pan heat the oil, and dip boiled egg pieces in the batter.
- Step 5
Dunk the pieces in the oil.
- Step 6
Fry evenly for a minute.
- Step 7
Serve it hot.
