- Step 1
PrePreparation
Knead a semisoft dough using 3.5 tbsp Wheat Flour and water as required.
- Step 2
Divide the dough into equal parts.
- Step 3
Roll into a thin round shape, heat a tawa, and cook the tortillas.
- Step 4
For Scrambled Egg
Heat a pan, add 1 tsp oil, 2 tbsp chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes.

Add 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp oregano and 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix all ingredients well.
- Step 6
Add one whole egg and scramble it.
- Step 7
Allow to cook for a minute, and switch off the heat.
- Step 8
For Egg Quesadilla
In another pan, heat 2.5 tsp butter and place wheat tortilla on it.

Add 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp chopped red capsicum, 1 tsp chopped yellow capsicum, 1 tsp chopped capsicum, 6 basil leaves, and 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes.
- Step 10
Add the scrambled egg mixture and 2 tbsp grated cheese.
- Step 11
Flip and cook till it turns crispy.
- Step 12
Tasty egg quesadilla is ready to serve.
