Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Wash and soak 2 tbsp rice and 1/3 tbsp urad dal for 2 hours and grind it.
- Step 2
Keep the batter overnight to ferment adding 1/8 tsp salt into it.
- Step 3
In a mixing bowl add 1 number of egg, 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk,1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tsp chopped curry leaves 1/8th tsp salt,1/4th tsp black pepper powder, and whisk well.
- Step 4
In a pan, heat 1 tsp oil then add egg mixture and cook. Cut cooked egg into small round shapes using a biscuit cutter.
- Step 5
Grease idli mould oil, fill a mould with half part of idli mixture then place 1 small round egg piece and cover with idli batter and steam in the steamer.
- Step 6
Serve.
