- Step 1
In a pan, heat 1/2 tsp oil, add 2 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp chopped tomato,1 tbsp chopped carrot,1/2 tbsp chopped green capsicum, and saute it well.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 an egg,1/4 tsp red chilli powder,1/8 tsp haldi,1/4 tsp jeera powder,1/4 tsp coriander powder,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well till cooked.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Step 4
Take a kneaded dough and roll out the dough with a rolling pin. Then place the cooked egg mixture and seal it.
- Step 5
Roll out paratha again.
- Step 6
In a heated tawa roast the paratha from both sides.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
