For Caramel
In a pan add 2 tbsp sugar and stir slowly when they are in brown color add water as required and caramelize it.
- Step 2
For Cake
In a bowl add 1 egg white beat well and add 2 tbsp sugar and beat again till they are in soft peak form.
- Step 3
Pour caramel in a greased mold then pour egg white mixture
- Step 4
Bake in a water bath at 150 degrees for 25 minutes.
