Ingredients

- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1/2 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 5 kadi patta and 1 tbsp besan.
- Step 2
Mix well and quickly to avoid any lumps
- Step 3
Pour water as required and mix until smooth
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup Nestlé A+ Curd and stir well.
- Step 5
Season with 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder and mix well
- Step 6
Add 1/2 cup boiled yam and simmer for a minute.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8
Serve hot.
