- Step 1
Boil 20 gm rice noodles with 1/8 tsp oil in water.
- Step 2
For Roti
In a bowl add 4 tbsp ragi flour,1/8 tsp salt and mix it well.
- Step 3
Add water as required and knead into the soft dough.
- Step 4
Roll out dough using a rolling pin and place on a heated pan then roast from both the sides with 1/2 tsp butter.
- Step 5
For Noodles
In a pan heat, 1 tsp oil then add into the 1/2 tsp chopped garlic,1/8 tsp grated ginger and saute it well. Then add into the1/8 cup julienne onion,1/8 cup julienne carrot,1/8 cup julienne capsicum,1/8 cup julienne cabbage,1/4 tsp soya sauce,1 tbsp schezwan sauce 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and sauté it well.
- Step 6
Add into the boiled rice noodles, mix well and add 1 tbsp chopped spring onion, mix it well.
- Step 7
Place ragi roti and spread 1 tbsp schezwan sauce and sautéed rice noodle.
- Step 8
Roll it with a hand and serve.
