Cook Boneless 1/2 Catla Fish and Shred it.

Preparation
To make the mixture, in a bowl, add boiled and shredded fish, 2 tbsp boiled mashed potato, 1/4 tsp chopped green chilli, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 1/4 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 2 tsp bread crumbs, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix again.
- Step 4
Take small portions of the mixture and shape the mixture into cutlets.
- Step 5
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan. Add the cutlets and shallow fry from both sides until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 6
Serve it hot along with ketchup or coriander chutney.
