- Step 1
For Vegetable Mixture
In a mixing bowl, add 1 tbsp chopped onion,1 tbsp julienne green cabbage,1 tbsp julienne violet cabbage,1 tbsp julienne green capsicum,1 tbsp julienne red capsicum,1 tsp chopped coriander leaves,1/2 tsp lemon juice,1/2 tsp honey,1/8 tsp salt,1/8 tsp black pepper powder and mix all together.
- Step 2
For Fish Taco
In a mixing bowl add 1/8th cup whole wheat flour, fajita spice, water as required, salmon strips and mix it well.
- Step 3
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and shallow fry coated salmon strips till golden in color.
- Step 4
Take 4 tacos shells and add the fried salmon strips in each taco shell.
- Step 5
Add the vegetable mixture in each taco shell and serve.
