Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan, add 2 tsp ghee, 1/3 cup wheat flour, 1/8 cup suji, and roast until light golden.
- Step 2
Add 2 tbsp flax seeds, 1 tbsp almond powder, 1 tbsp chopped cashewnuts, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, and combine all together.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds.
- Step 4
Add 1/4 cup jaggery powder and combine well
- Step 5
Cool down the mixture and shape into equalsized pinni.
