- Step 1
For Hummus
In a blender jar, first prepare tahini by adding 3/4 tbsp white til, 2 tsp olive oil, 1/8 tsp salt and blend well.
- Step 2
Add 1.5 tbsp cooked chole, 1/2 tsp olive oil, 1.5 No. garlic clove, 3/4 tsp lemon juice,1/8 tsp salt, water as required and blend well.
- Step 3
Give a Nestle Twist by adding flaxseeds.
- Step 4
For Crepe
In a bowl, add 1 egg, 1/2 cup Nestlé A+ Milk, 1 tbsp butter and mix well.
- Step 5
Add 1/4 cup maida, 1/8 tsp salt and mix well.
- Step 6
Grease a nonstick pan with 1/2 tsp butter, pour the batter and allow it to cook.
- Step 7
Flip and cook on both sides until light brown on both sides.
- Step 8
Serve with hummus and enjoy.
