Ingredients

- Step 1
Take a pan and heat 1 tsp olive oil.
- Step 2
Add 1/2 tsp mixed herbs, 1/8 cup diced tofu and roast well. Keep aside.
- Step 3
In the same pan, melt 1 tsp butter, add 1/2 cup julienne onion and sauté.
- Step 4
Once the onions are golden brown pour in the required amount of water, cover and allow it to boil.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrots.
- Step 6
Once it starts boiling, add 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp grated cheese and stir well.
- Step 7
Take off the flame and pour the soup in serving bowls.
- Step 8
Take 1 slice of bread, toast it, sprinkle 2 tsp grated cheese on top and cut them in two triangles.
- Step 9
Place these triangles next to the soup bowl. Garnish the soup with roasted tofu and serve piping hot.
