- Step 1
Take a mixing bowl to add 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 1 tsp red chilli flakes, 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp lemon juice, 1/4 tsp garam masala powder, 1/8 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp black pepper powder and mix well.
- Step 2
Further, add 1 tbsp rice flour, 1 tbsp cornflour and mix into a paste.
- Step 3
Pour in a little water to obtain slight liquid consistency, mix and add 75 gms of chicken pieces.
- Step 4
Marinate the chicken, making sure its coated very well with all the spices and keep aside.
- Step 5
Heat oil for frying in a pan, add the previously marinated chicken and fry till golden brown.
- Step 6
Garnish with drops of hung Nestlé A+ Curd.
- Step 7
Serve hot and fresh.
