Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
Heat idli steamer with water as required.
- Step 2
Grease idli mould with 1/2 tsp oil, pour a spoonful of batter into each mould.
- Step 3
Steam the idlis for 10 to 12 minutes on medium heat.
- Step 4
Once done, let the idlis cool for a few minutes.
- Step 5
Demould gently using a spoon.
- Step 6
Cool the idlis and cut into pieces.
- Step 7
Next, heat a pan with 1.5 tsp oil
- Step 8
Add chopped idlis.
- Step 9
Season with 1/4 tsp each of salt, haldi and red chilli powder.
- Step 10
Toss well until the chopped idlis turn crisp.
- Step 11
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds.
- Step 12
Serve warm.
