- Step 1
In a pan heat 2 tsp oil.
- Step 2
Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger, 2 tbsp chopped carrot, 1 tbsp chopped french beans, 1 tbsp chopped green capsicum, 1 tsp chopped green chillies and mix well.
- Step 3
Then add 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp vinegar and stir well.
- Step 4
Add the 2 tbsp cooked rice to the veggies and mix all the ingredients well.
- Step 5
Once mixed, add 2 tbsp chopped spring onion, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder and mix it again.
- Step 6
Give a nestle twist by garnishing with white sesame seeds.
- Step 7
Serve hot.
