- Step 1
In a bowl, add 1/4 cup sugar powder, 4 tbsp oil and whisk well.
- Step 2
Add 1/8 tsp vanilla extract,1/2 cup wheat flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/2 tsp baking powder and mix well.
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup mashed banana, 2 tsp chopped dried apricot, 5 no. cranberries, 1/8 tsp cinnamon powder and mix well.
- Step 4
Add 1/8 cup Nestlé A+ Milk and mix & fold the batter.
- Step 5
Give a Nestle Twist by adding almonds.
- Step 6
Preheat oven at 180 degree celsius for 10 mins.
- Step 7
Pour the batter into the muffin mould.
- Step 8
Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15 mins.
- Step 9
Serve fresh.
