- Step 1
In a bowl add 1/2 tbsp cornflour,1/4 tsp black pepper powder,1/4 tsp red chilli flakes,1/8 tsp salt and mix well then add fish cubes again mix nicely.
- Step 2
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan then add marinated fish and fry till they are cook.
- Step 3
In a another pan heat 1/2 tbsp butter, add 1/2 tsp chopped garlic and saute it nicely.
- Step 4
Add into the 1/8 cup diced green capsicum,1/8 cup diced red capsicum,1/4 tsp chilli flakes,1/4 tsp black pepper powder and stir it and lightly cook.
- Step 5
Add fried fish and Mix nicely until they are combined.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
