- Step 1
Knead a semi soft dough using 4 tbsp wheat flour, 2 tbsp grated fresh coconut, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 1 tsp grated garlic, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp coconut oil and water as required.
- Step 2
Give a Nestle Twist by adding grated carrot.
- Step 3
Rest the dough for 5 mins.
- Step 4
Divide the dough into equal parts, roll it into a round shape.
- Step 5
On a pan roast it on both sides with 1 tsp oil.
- Step 6
Serve warm
