In a bowl add 1/4 cup boiled mashed potato, sago powder, 1/8 tsp red chilli flakes, 1 tsp grated garlic,1/8 tsp salt and knead into a smooth dough.
- Step 2
Divide the dough into equal portions.
- Step 3
Place a silicone mat and grease with 1/4 tsp oil.
- Step 4
Roll the papad dough ball into round
- Step 5
Dry them under direct sunlight
- Step 6
Heat oil in a kadhai and deep fry the papad until crisp.
- Step 7
Serve with your main meals
