To make gatta
- Step 2
In a mixing bowl, take 1/4th cup besan
- Step 3
Add 1/2 tsp haldi, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp salt
- Step 4
Add water and knead a hard dough
- Step 5
Take a portion of prepared dough and roll to make cylindrical shaped gatta.
- Step 6
Cut this cylindrical shaped gatta into small chunks and add into boiling water.
- Step 7
Allow it to cook completely.

For sabji
- Step 9
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a kadai
- Step 10
Add 1/4th tsp Jeera and allow it to crackle.
- Step 11
Add 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and saute well till the raw aroma of ginger goes.
- Step 12
Add some dry spices like 1/8th tsp hing 1/4th tsp haldi,1/4th tsp red chilli powder, 1/4th tsp dhania powder, and 1/4th tsp garam masala and saute well.

Add 1/4th tsp methi leaves, 1/4th cup tomato puree and water to adjust the consistency.
- Step 14
Add boiled gatta chunks and mix well
- Step 15
Then add 1/8th cup Nestlé A+ Curd, while stirring.
- Step 16
Add 1 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves and cover the vessel to cook the curry.
- Step 17
Once the desired consistency is achieved switch off the heat and Serve Hot.
