- Step 1
Heat a tawa, and pour 1 ladle batter.
- Step 2
Spread it into a round shape.
- Step 3
Add 1 tsp ghee and roast.
- Step 4
Flip the dosa and add 1tsp ghee again and roast evenly.
- Step 5
Serve hot with chutney and sambhar.
- Step 6
To prepare chutney, add dry roasted peanut, white til and grated coconut into a blender jar.
- Step 7
Add 1 tsp tamarind pulp, 2 dry red chillies, 1/8 tsp salt, and blend.
- Step 8
Heat 1 tsp oil and temper with 1 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4 tsp rai and let it crackle.
- Step 9
Add this spluttering tadka into the prepared chutney, and mix well.
- Step 10
Serve with the ghee sada dosa.
