Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp jeera and saute.
- Step 2
Add 1/4 tsp dhania powder, 1/4 tsp red chilli powder, 1/8tsp haldi, and 1/8 tsp salt
- Step 3
Add 1/2 cup chopped tendli and mix everything well
- Step 4
Add a little water and let it cook.
- Step 5
Cover and cook until tender
- Step 6
Add 1/8 tsp amchur and mix well.
- Step 7
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding black sesame seeds
- Step 8
Serve with chapati or rice.
