- Step 1
In a mixing bowl, take 3.5 tbsp whole wheat flour, 2 tsp chopped palak, 3 tbsp chopped dill leaves, 1 tsp Nestlé A+ Curd and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Mixing it properly with hand, add a little water.
- Step 3
Knead it into a dough, rolling it into a ball form.
- Step 4
Coating it very lightly with whole wheat flour, flatten it and make it in a circular paratha shape using a rolling pin.
- Step 5
Heat a nonstick tava on a low flame and roast the paratha on it. Flip and spread 1.5 tsp ghee on the paratha.
- Step 6
Allowing it to cook, make sure both sides are browned well.
- Step 7
Serve hot with Nestlé A+ Curd.
