Ingredients
Steps
- Step 1
For Dough
In a bowl add 3 tbsp whole wheat flour, 1.5 tbsp maida, 1 tbsp Nestlé A+ Curd, 2 tsp Nestlé A+ Milk and 1/8 tsp salt.
- Step 2
Combine all ingredients and knead into a soft dough.
- Step 3
Cover and set aside.
- Step 4
For Filling
In a bowl add 3 tbsp grated cauliflower, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp red chilli powder, 1/4 tsp dry mango powder, 1/4 tsp jeera powder, 2 tsp chopped pudina leaves.
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding flax seeds.
- Step 6
Mix well.
- Step 7
For Kulcha
Divide the dough into equal portion and roll each into a round.
- Step 8
Place a spoonful of the filling.
- Step 9
Fold and seal the edges.
- Step 10
Flatten to make the kulcha.
- Step 11
Apply water on the base of the kulcha and transfer to a hot tawa
- Step 12
Roast the kulcha with ghee.
- Step 13
Roast both until crisp.
- Step 14
Serve hot.
