Steps
- Step 1
Heat a kadhai with 4 tbsp ghee and add 1 cup wheat flour.
- Step 2
Mix and roast until light brown.
- Step 3
Turn off the flame
- Step 4
Add 1 tsp green elaichi powder and 1 tsp khus khus
- Step 5
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding white sesame seeds
- Step 6
Now add 6 tbsp jaggery and mix everything together.
- Step 7
Grease a thali with little ghee and spread the mixture evenly.
- Step 8
Garnish with sliced almonds and pista on it
- Step 9
Flatten and cut it into pieces and serve.
