Steps
- Step 1
Heat a pan with 1 tsp oil, add 1/4 tsp rai, 1/4 tsp jeera, 2 kadi patta, soaked urad dal and saute.
- Step 2
Add 2 tsp grated raw mango, 1/8 tsp haldi and 1/4 tsp salt for taste.
- Step 3
Mix everything well.
- Step 4
Give it a Nestle Twist by adding pomegranate.
- Step 5
Add cooked rice and mix well.
- Step 6
Serve hot.
